Life happens.  Life happens in the best way.  Life happens in the worst way.  Life happens to you until you realize the power that you have to carve your own path.

The gift of hard times is that it pushes you to grow in ways unimaginable.  You gain insight, wisdom, fortitude.

About Stacey

I am a mother to two incredible children - Caleb, 8 and Liliana, 5.  They are the loves of my life.  I wish I could freeze frame every second of their beautiful, little lives.

I studied naturopathic medicine for three years in Seattle and live in accordance with the Naturopathic Principles:

1- First, Do No Harm (Primum non nocere)
Less is more.

2- The Healing Power of Nature (Vis medicatrix naturae)
The body has an inherent ability to heal itself.

3- Identify and Treat the Causes (Tolle causam)
Identify, address and remove the underlying causes of disease.

4- Doctor as Teacher (Docere)
Educating and supporting an individual on their personal health journey.

5- Treat the Whole Person (Tolle totum)
A holistic viewpoint on understanding the balance of health we all strive to achieve.

6- Prevention (Praevenic)
A focus on overall health, wellness and disease prevention.

I didn't graduate, but I have the life experience of healing a special needs child. My special needs child. Mind, body, spirit is not a cliche.  It is for real.  And there is no greater satisfaction than someone telling me that after seeing specialist after specialist, I was able to offer information and insight and an understanding ear that they had never received.

I will walk hand and hand with you as you work to achieve your goals.
